We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from our online store, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the product you have received, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in an unopened, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. All returns must be paid for by the customer. Please note that if you remove the security sticker, we will not be able to accept the return.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of men's underwear that have been worn or tried on without the security (hygiene) sticker. All underwear on our site are shipped with a security (hygiene) sticker to ensure they have not been used or tried on before shipping.

If you have received a damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
